What we do

Some clients need someone to think with. Others need someone who simply gets it done. We are used to both roles.

Consulting

Someone to consult with — or just a consultant?

We maintain what you already run, build what you need next, and come in early to look at your workflows: where can your teams save time or money? Many clients tell us the personal, quick service is what they value most.

Operations and maintenance

Who makes sure the button stays on?

You should never have to wait for a server to come back, or for a system to debug itself. Keeping complex systems running takes an overview of how everything affects everything else — and people who know each part in depth. Many outages happen because nobody saw the side effects coming.

Development and integration

New technology can break boundaries.

When something new with real potential arrives, the question is how it fits what you already have. We specialise in joining old and new: LotusScript and Java, REST APIs and JSON, Nomad and the web — and open source wherever it shortens the road to results.

Upgrades and modernisation

Upgrade without starting over.

From any Notes/Domino release to HCL Domino 14.5: an analysis of your environment, an upgrade plan, hands-on work and support through go-live. Your applications keep working — and can pick up a modern interface, AI and new integrations along the way.

Domino hosting

Your own Domino server — without having to own one. Rent the platform and let us worry about it. You always run the latest stable release, you get exactly what you need, and the right expertise is there when you need it. From a single database to a dedicated server on its own hardware, we take care of administration, configuration and any development, large or small.

  • Shared (xSP)

Your applications on our multi-tenant Domino servers. The quickest and most economical start — even for a single database.

  • Partitioned

Your own Domino server instance, with its own server ID, directory and configuration, on shared hardware.

  • Dedicated

A Domino server on hardware reserved for you. Full isolation and capacity for heavy workloads or strict requirements.

Yours

Pricing on request. Tell us what you run and we will suggest the right setup. Always included: monitoring, backups, updates to current stable releases, and administration by people who know Domino.

HCL Domino 2026

Proven Foundation. Intelligent Future.

HCLSoftware, on the 2026 release

Lotus Notes became IBM Notes, and since 2019 the platform has been owned and developed by HCLSoftware. Release 14.5.1 — HCL Domino 2026 — shipped in March 2026. What it brings:

AI behind your firewall

Domino IQ runs language models on your own servers. With retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) it answers questions from your Domino databases — without the data ever leaving your infrastructure.

A modern Notes, everywhere

A cleaner, flatter interface shaped by more than a thousand community votes, and HCL Nomad to run existing applications in the browser and on mobile without rewriting them.

Open for integration

Updated REST APIs and better JSON handling in LotusScript make it easier to connect Domino with the rest of your stack.

Secure and sovereign

ISO 27001 certification on the basis of BSI IT-Grundschutz, phishing-resistant passkeys and ClamAV virus scanning of the mail flow. Certified for Windows Server 2025, Red Hat Enterprise Linux 10 and IBM i 7.6.

Upgrade from any release

HCL’s promise is that applications keep working, whichever release you come from. We have followed every release since the early nineties — and can take you the rest of the way.

Since 2017 the work has continued from Granada, Spain, as Andersson Desarrollo S.L. — and now the name follows: inse.com becomes anddes.es. The experience, and the way of working, stay the same.
